Une association raffinée entre une bavaroise onctueuse au chocolat au lait et une bavaroise rafraîchissante au fruit de la passion, disposées sur une génoise moelleuse au chocolat noir. La saveur riche du chocolat au lait est parfaitement équilibrée par le caractère frais et légèrement acidulé du fruit de la passion. L'Entremet Passion de Chocolat est par ailleurs préparé sans noix ni amandes. Attention : notre boulangerie contient des noix et des amandes !
